Salad with prunes and chicken meat

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 200 grams
  • Prunes 70 grams
  • Walnuts 40 grams
  • Garlic 1-2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise 150 grams
  • Greens to taste
  • Salt to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender. Cool and cut into cubes.

Step 2. Prunes pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain and chop the prunes into strips.

Step 3. Chop walnuts with a knife.

Step 4. Finely chop the garlic and parsley.

Step 5. Mix all prepared ingredients. Dress the salad with mayonnaise.
