The variety of second courses is simply impressive. This can be cereal, stewed or steamed vegetables, meat, pilaf, stuffed peppers, etc. Here, too, everything is simple: the ingredients are prepared and put in a bowl.

Meat dishes are especially tasty in a slow cooker. It is in this device that it turns out incredibly gentle and juicy.

With the help of a slow cooker you can cook and dessert. Buns, pies, cakes, cheesecakes, casseroles - all this can be simply and quickly cooked in a slow cooker. Especially successful are biscuits.

A big plus of cooking simple dishes in a slow cooker is that they can be prepared using the “delayed start” function. Having laid all the ingredients in the morning, coming home from work, you will get a fresh, hot dinner.

Recipe 1. A simple dish in a slow cooker: chicken hearts in sour cream

Ingredients

  • 600 g of chicken hearts;

  • spices;

  • two bow heads;

  • black pepper;

  • carrot;

  • table salt;

  • 250 g sour cream;

  • sunflower oil;

  • 150 ml of drinking water.

Cooking method

1. Peel the onion, rinse and chop finely. Grate peeled carrots coarsely.

2. Pour oil into the device’s capacity and heat it in the “frying” mode. Then put the onions in it and fry until transparent. Then add the grated carrots and continue to fry, stirring, until soft. Season vegetables with salt, spices and pepper.

3. Add sour cream and a little water to the vegetable fry. Wash the chicken hearts and put them in the device. Put the bay leaf and lower the lid.

4. Start the "quenching" program and cook for half an hour by moving the valve to the "closed" position. Serve chicken hearts with a side dish of rice or buckwheat.

Recipe 2. The simplest dish in a slow cooker: pea porridge with chicken

Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken;

  • 500 g of crushed peas;

  • spices;

  • bulb;

  • lean oil;

  • carrot;

  • sea ​​salt.

Cooking method

1. Rinse the chicken fillet under the tap, dip in cloths and cut into small pieces.

2. Run the appliance in baking mode for 20 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and lay the chicken. Fry, stirring, for ten minutes.

3. Peel and wash the vegetables. Chop the onion finely. Coarsely grate the carrots.

4. Add chopped vegetables to the chicken and continue to fry, stirring constantly, for another 10 minutes.

5. Rinse the peas, constantly changing the water until it becomes clean. Put it in a bowl with chicken and fill it with water so that its level is one and a half centimeter higher than peas. Salt, pepper and season with spices.

6. Close the lid and activate the quenching mode for two hours. Check the readiness of the peas, if necessary, put out some more time.

Recipe 3. A simple multicooker dish: pilaf with squid

Ingredients

  • multi-cooked glass of rice;

  • table salt;

  • bulb;

  • black pepper and spices;

  • carrot;

  • two carcasses of squid.

Cooking method

1. My squids, pour over boiling water and remove a thin film. Cut into rings.

2. The device is activated in the "frying" mode. Pour oil into the container and heat it. Put the squid rings and fry for about five minutes.

3. Peel the onion and finely chop. Add the onions to the squid and continue to fry, stirring, for another 10 minutes.

4. We clean the carrots, wash and finely chop. Add to squid, mix.

5. Rinse the rice under running water until it becomes transparent. We spread the rice in a bowl, pepper, salt, season with spices and pour water so that its level is higher than rice on the phalanx of the finger.

6. We activate the "pilaf" function and cook until the rice has absorbed all the moisture. Mix the prepared pilaf and serve with pickled or fresh vegetables.

Recipe 4. The simplest dish in a slow cooker: baked apples with cottage cheese

Ingredients

  • three medium apples;

  • cocoa;

  • 180 g of cottage cheese;

  • sugar;

  • a bag of vanillin;

  • 50 g of raisins;

  • banana.

Cooking method

1. Wash apples under the tap, wipe them. Cut the top and cut out the core with seeds. Carefully clean out part of the pulp, taking care not to damage the walls.

2. Put the cottage cheese in a deep plate, add vanillin and sugar. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces. Wash raisins, pour hot water and leave for half an hour. Then we drain the water and dry the raisins on a napkin. We send banana and dried fruits to the curd and knead thoroughly.

3. Fill prepared apples with curd filling. We cover the bottom of the container with parchment and put stuffed apples in it. We start the "multi-cook" mode for forty minutes. Cook at 120 C. Ready apples are laid out on a plate, cut in half and chop cocoa.

Recipe 5. A simple dish in a slow cooker: buckwheat meatballs with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • a glass of buckwheat;

  • sunflower oil;

  • 400 g of champignons;

  • Bay leaf;

  • large onion;

  • 750 ml of drinking water;

  • salt;

  • Krasnodar sauce - 100 g;

  • black pepper;

  • parsley and dill;

  • flour or breadcrumbs for breading.

Cooking method

1. We clean a large onion, rinse and finely chop. Wash the mushrooms, remove the thin skin from the hats and cut the legs. Mushrooms finely chopped.

2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onion until light brown, add the mushrooms and continue cooking until all the moisture has evaporated.

3. Buckwheat groats in several waters. We transfer to the bowl of the device, salt and pour a little vegetable oil. Fill it with water and activate the porridge program for 20 minutes. We shift the finished buckwheat into a bowl and cool. Wash the capacity and wipe dry.

4. Buckwheat porridge with mushroom frying is passed through a meat grinder. Add the chopped greens to the minced meat, pepper, salt and knead.

5. We make small meatballs from buckwheat minced meat. Bread them in flour or breadcrumbs.

6. Pour sunflower oil into the device’s capacity and start the “frying” mode. We warm it and spread the meatballs. Fry on all sides until golden brown.

7. Add a glass of water to the Krasnodar sauce and mix. Pour meatballs with tomato sauce, put a bay leaf and cook in a stewing mode for 10 minutes, lowering the lid. We serve meatballs as an independent dish.

Recipe 6. The simplest dish in a slow cooker: green borsch with sorrel

Ingredients

  • potato - half a kilogram;

  • ground pepper;

  • carrot;

  • sunflower oil;

  • large onion;

  • salt;

  • a bunch of fresh sorrel;

  • 200 g of minced meat.

Cooking method

1. Peel the carrots and three. Finely chop the peeled onion. Pour vegetable oil into the capacity of the multicooker and start the "frying" function. We put vegetables and fry, stirring until golden brown.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small cubes. Rinse a bunch of sorrel, shake and shred in strips. Put the potatoes and sorrel in the capacity of the device, salt and put the bay leaf.

3. Fill the contents with boiled water and activate the quenching mode for an hour.

4. Add minced meat, pepper and knead well. We form small balls out of it. Ten minutes before the end of cooking, we put the meatballs in the borsch, lower the lid and cook until the end of the program. Serve borsch with sour cream, putting half of the boiled egg in each plate.

Recipe 7. The simplest dish in a slow cooker: lazy cabbage rolls

Ingredients

  • 400 g of minced chicken;

  • salt;

  • half a glass of rice;

  • ground pepper;

  • egg;

  • 200 ml of drinking water;

  • 200 g of cabbage;

  • 50 g of sour cream;

  • two onions;

  • 50 g of tomato paste;

  • carrot.

Cooking method

1. Rinse the rice, constantly changing the water until it becomes clear. Cook rice until cooked, following the recommendations on the packaging.

2. Chop cabbage into thin strips, put in a deep bowl and pour boiling water over it. Leave for a quarter of an hour. Then discard the cabbage on a sieve and squeeze from the liquid.

3. Peel the onion. Rub one head on the smallest grater. Add it to minced chicken. Send chilled boiled rice, cabbage, sour cream and an egg here. Pepper, salt and knead well. Moisten your hands in water and form small balls of minced meat.

4. Peel and grate the carrots. Chop the second head of the onion with thin feathers. Grease the container with oil, lay out the vegetables and start the "frying" mode for a quarter of an hour. Sauté the vegetables until light brown. Add tomato paste at the end and mix.

5. Put the formed cabbage rolls on a vegetable pillow, salt, pepper and cook for forty minutes in baking mode.

  • If you want to get hot cereal for breakfast in the morning, lay the ingredients in the evening and start the “delayed start” program for the time you need.

  • You can fry food in the "frying" or "baking" mode.

  • Soup roast can be cooked in a pan and add it at the end of cooking.

  • With the help of a container-double boiler, you can simultaneously prepare a side dish and addition to it from meat or fish.
