What kind of drink to prefer, even under the scorching sun to ensure vigor? Nutritionists hastened to the aid of the “afflicted”, who made a detailed list of healthy drinks that perfectly quench thirst.

Nutritionists gave first place to milk. It is extremely rich in nutrients, calcium and is absorbed by the body almost completely. Hot chocolate and cocoa follow. These drinks have antioxidants that lower the risk of heart disease. Both cocoa and chocolate also boost mood thanks to serotonin.

Third place was taken by tomato juice. It is enriched with useful substances of inorganic and organic origin, fructose and glucose. In addition, due to the significant content of lycopene, tomato juice has powerful anti-oncological and antioxidant properties.

Fourth place went to green tea, which is known for its ability to lower sugar levels. It positively affects the metabolism and contains a lot of vitamins. Grapefruit or orange juices, which are rich in vitamin C, will help calm nerves and activate immunity.
