Bean Pod Soup - Basic Cooking Principles

It’s easy to make string bean soup. This dish is not only tasty and healthy. It contains a minimum of calories, so this soup will especially appeal to the beautiful half of humanity.

Recipes of soups from bean pods are great. They are cooked with meat, fish, seafood, other vegetables, cereals and pasta. Of the string beans, delicious soups are mashed.

The meat is cut into portions, poured with water and boil the broth over low heat. Then, peeled and chopped potatoes are laid in it.

Separately, make vegetable frying of carrots and onions. Green beans are used as fresh, cutting it into small bars, and frozen or canned. It is added to the pan and cooked for about five minutes. Then spread the vegetable frying and cook for another ten minutes. Salt and pepper at the end. If you wish, you can add finely chopped garlic.

Recipe 1. Bean soup puree

Ingredients

300 g of string beans;

salt;

potatoes - 200 g;

butter - 30 g;

Cooking method

1. Bean pods are cleaned and washed thoroughly. We twist the most part in a meat grinder. The remaining bean pods are cut into small bars and boiled until tender.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash them well and cut them into pieces. We put the potatoes in a pan, add to them the green beans passed through the meat grinder and pour hot water. Salt and send to the fire.

3. When the potatoes become soft, grind everything through a sieve. We dilute the resulting puree with warmed milk and put a piece of butter. Warm up on fire for a couple of minutes.

4. Pour the finished soup into plates and put in each boiled bean pods.

Recipe 2. Bean Pod Soup with Smoked Sausages

Ingredients

eight medium potatoes;

spice;

400 g canned green beans;

salt;

bulb;

vegetable oil;

carrot;

one pod of sweet pepper.

Cooking method

1. Boil filtered water in a saucepan. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Send prepared potatoes to the pot.

2. Peel the onion. Cut the tail out of the pepper and scrub the seeds. Chop the pepper pod and onion into small cubes. Finely grate the peeled carrot.

3. Put the vegetables in hot oil and fry, stirring occasionally, until soft.

4. Smoked sausages cut into circles and add to the potatoes. Open the jar of green beans and transfer the contents to the soup with the liquid. Send the steamed vegetables here. Season with spices and salt. Cook for five minutes from boiling.

Recipe 3. String Bean Soup with Vermicelli

Ingredients

turkey drumstick - 300 g;

salt;

black pepper;

carrot;

canned tomatoes in their own juice - 150 g;

green beans - 200 g;

vermicelli - 100 g.

Cooking method

1. Wash and dry the turkey drum with a napkin. Peel the vegetables. Put the meat in a pan, fill with two liters of drinking water and put on fire. When the broth boils, remove the foam, put the whole peeled vegetables in it and twist the fire. Cook the broth for about an hour.

2. Remove the turkey meat and vegetables from the broth. Throw the onion and cut the carrots into cubes. Disassemble the meat into fibers or cut into slices. Strain the broth and send it back to the pan. Boil chopped potatoes, carrots and meat in a saucepan. Pepper, salt and cook all together for about eight minutes.

3. Clean and wash green beans. Cut it into small pieces and put in soup. Pour the vermicelli and mix. Once the soup begins to boil, make the fire quieter and cook the soup for another seven minutes.

4. A couple of minutes before cooking, add the tomatoes in your own juice to the soup. Pour the prepared soup into plates. You can serve sour cream to it.

Recipe 4. String Bean Soup with Tomatoes

Ingredients

beef - half a kilogram;

fresh greens;

potato - half a kilogram;

vegetable oil;

frozen green beans - 300 g;

salt;

tomatoes - 300 g;

black pepper;

garlic - three cloves;

150 g of onions and carrots.

Cooking method

1. Clean the beef tenderloin from all unnecessary, wash it well under the tap and pat dry with napkins. Cut the meat into small pieces. Put it in a pan, fill it with drinking water, salt and cook for an hour.

2. Finely chop the peeled onions. Rub the peeled carrots into small chips. Wash the tomatoes, wipe with a napkin and chop finely.

3. Fry the onion until transparent in the heated oil. Add the grated carrots and continue to fry until soft. Put tomatoes in vegetables and simmer all together, periodically mixing, seven minutes.

4. Peeled potatoes cut into bars. Put it in the broth and cook for five minutes. Now add the frozen beans and cook for the same amount of time.

5. Transfer the frying of vegetables to the soup. Try on salt, and if necessary, salt and pepper. Boil the soup until the potatoes are tender. Peel the garlic cloves and pass directly into the soup through the garlic squeezer. Cover, turn off the heat and insist for half an hour. Pour the soup into plates and add the greens.

Recipe 5. Vegetable Bean Soup

Ingredients

100 g carrots;

salt;

100 g of celery stalks;

potato starch - 30 g;

100 g zucchini;

30 ml of olive oil;

pumpkin - 100 g;

100 g of green beans;

one beef shank.

Cooking method

1. Peel carrots, zucchini and pumpkin. Peel and wash the green beans. Stalk celery, pumpkin, carrot and zucchini chop in small pieces. Chop green beans.

2. Strip the beef drumstick from the films and tendons. Wash the meat and put in a pan. Add chopped vegetables. Pour in two liters of drinking water. Pour in olive oil and salt. Put the pan on the fire, boil, make the fire quieter and cook the soup for half an hour until the vegetables are soft.

3. Dilute starch in two tablespoons of water. Make sure that there are no lumps left. Pour in a little broth and mix. Enter the resulting mixture into the soup, while continuously mixing it. Cook another five minutes. Remove the drumstick, and add fresh herbs to the soup.

Recipe 6. Bean Pod Soup with Broccoli and Spinach

Ingredients

two onions;

grated Parmesan;

two carrots;

a tomato;

two potatoes;

a bunch of spinach;

celery;

a glass of tomato paste;

zucchini;

150 g of green peas;

250 g broccoli;

a glass of green beans;

garlic - three cloves.

Cooking method

1. Peel and wash all vegetables. Chop potatoes, onions, zucchini and carrots in small cubes. Crush celery with thin crescents. Disassemble broccoli into inflorescences. Place all vegetables in a separate bowl so their aromas do not mix.

2. In a stewpan, heat two tablespoons of olive oil and put onions in it. Fry it, stirring continuously, for three minutes. As soon as it is browned, add chopped garlic and cook until a characteristic odor appears. Now put the carrots and celery to the onion, continue to fry, stirring, for three minutes.

3. Transfer the frying to the pan, add the potatoes and zucchini. Pour all over with hot water. Its volume should be twice as much as vegetables. Put on fire and boil. Add green peas and chopped green beans. Salt and pepper.

4. Cook the contents of the pan over low heat for ten minutes under the lid. Add tomato paste to the soup, mix and evaluate the density. Add water and increase heat if necessary. Five minutes later, add strips of spinach and broccoli to the soup.

5. Pour the tomato over boiling water, remove the thin skin from it, and chop the flesh with a knife into cubes. Put the fresh tomato in the soup, cover and cook over low heat for about five minutes. Pour the hot soup into the serving plates. Add finely grated Parmesan to each.

Recipe 7. Bean Pod Soup with Rice

Ingredients

six potatoes;

salt;

low-fat pork - 300 g;

spice;

bulb;

three sprigs of parsley;

carrot;

80 ml of sunflower oil;

70 g of rice;

150 g of green beans.

Cooking method

1. Well, wash a piece of meat, fill it with filtered water and leave for a quarter of an hour. Then we take it out, wipe it with napkins and cut it into pieces.

2. Boil water in a pan. We put the meat in boiling water. Here we put half the peeled onions and half the carrots. Cook the soup over medium heat, removing the foam, salt and season with spices.

3. While the broth is cooked, peel the potatoes, wash it and cut it into pieces. We take vegetables out of the broth and discard. We put chopped potatoes in it.

4. We wash the rice, and we clean the green beans, wash them and cut them into three parts. We send rice cereal and beans to soup, mix and cook for a quarter of an hour until the cereals and potatoes are ready.

5. The remaining onions and carrots are finely chopped and passaged in the heated oil until golden brown. We shift the frying from vegetables into soup and keep it on fire for a couple of minutes. Pour the soup into plates and put in each fresh greens of dill and parsley.

String Bean Soup - Chef Tips & Tricks

  • Boil green beans for no more than five minutes so that it does not boil and unpleasant fiberiness appears in the soup.

  • Cut the beans into two to three pieces. So, she will look aesthetically pleasing in the soup.

  • Before adding green beans to the soup, remove the membranous fibers along the pod and the tails of the peduncle.

  • Do not cook green beans in an aluminum pan. In it, beans will lose their taste and color.
