Today I want to offer you to cook excellent skewers of mushrooms to cook, which can be in the oven, on wooden skewers or on the grill, if you went out into the countryside. In this recipe, I used lard for extra juiciness, but without it it turns out incomparable.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • champignons - 300 g;
  • lard (optional) - 70 g;
  • sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • paprika - 1 tsp;
  • dry garlic - ½ tsp;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking process

Mushrooms choose medium size, wash the mushrooms well and dry. Take a deep bowl, transfer all the champignons into it.

Choose your favorite spices, paprika, a little dry garlic, ground black pepper, salt are not bad here. The number of spices can vary.

Add sour cream to the mushrooms, mix the mushrooms thoroughly with additives, leave to marinate for half an hour.

For juiciness, you can add a little fat to the recipe, you can use smoked bacon - it will turn out even better and tastier. Cut fat into small pieces.

Prepare wooden skewers - if desired, they can be burned a little. String pickled mushrooms on skewers, inserting a pair of pieces of bacon on each "wooden skewer".
