For the preparation of tilapia, absolutely any cheese is suitable, except for sweetish varieties. Avoid Bree, Mozzarella, Gouda, Edam. Cheeses such as: Ricotta, Russian, Tilsiter and other sour, salty or island-like cheeses taste great.

Tilapia with cheese - casserole

Ingredients:

A pound of tilapia;

· One onion;

One tomato;

300 g of pasta or pasta;

60 g of butter;

· A bunch of fresh spicy greens;

· 4-5 Art. l sour cream;

50 g of hard cheese;

· Salt.

Cooking Method:

1. Throw pasta into a pot of boiling water and cook until almost done. Then transfer to a sieve or colander to drain the broth. You don't have to rinse pasta to make casseroles, but you can do it.

2. Further process onions, tomatoes and herbs. Clean, rinse and chop. Cutting - a small cube. Chop greens.

3. Remove the tilapia fillet from the skin and remove the bones, if any. Then wash the fish and dry with a special towel. Cut into small pieces.

4. Place soft butter in a baking pan and grease the inside of it. Lay the pieces of fish at the bottom. Then lay the onion and tomato. Sprinkle with salt. Put the pasta and pour the liquid sour cream. Sprinkle with herbs and grate over cheese on a grater.

5. Send to a hot oven at a temperature not exceeding 200 ° C for half an hour. Then reduce the heating to 170-180˚С and bake the dish for another quarter of an hour.

Tilapia with cheese in pastry

Ingredients:

· 500 g (two sheets) of puff pastry;

½ lemon (or orange);

3-4 tilapia fillets;

· 100 g curd cheese (not sweet);

A bunch of onion greens;

5-6 Art. l cream;

1 sweet pepper

· 2 tbsp. l lean butter;

· One egg (for greasing the dough);

· Salt.

Cooking Method:

1. First lay out to thaw the dough. Do it in advance. Take quick-frozen yeast or yeast-free dough.

2. Peel the tilapia fillet and rinse. Dry and put in a bowl.

3. Squeeze the juice of lemon, pour them fish and salt. Add one tbsp. l vegetable oil. Rub the pulp a little with your hands to marinate it evenly.

4. Then make a side dish. Rinse the green onion feathers and chop finely. Pepper and rinse too - cut into small cubes. Combine onions, peppers, cream and curd cheese.

5. Roll out the dough sheets and cut into squares according to the number of servings.

Ingredients:

· 80 g of millet groats;

500 g of fish;

· 2 chicken eggs;

100 g champignons;

Cooking Method:

1. Rinse the millet in cold water, boil until tender and drain the broth.

2. Clean and rinse tilapia under running water. If a whole fish is taken, be sure that there are no seeds left when removing the fillet from the spine. Wipe the messengers of the fish with paper towels. Roll the clean fillet on the minced fish.

3. Peel and rinse the onion. Also pass it through the same meat grinder.

Ingredients:

2-3 tilapia fillets;

Ingredients:

100 g of curd cheese;

· 5 quail eggs;

· 2 egg yolks (chicken);

· 1 tbsp. l wheat flour;

· A bunch of fresh herbs;

3 tsp butter;

· Spices, salt.

Cooking Method:

1. Wash the fish fillet and twist into minced meat. Add the necessary spices and salt, as well as flour and egg yolks. Mix the mass and leave it for now.

2. Boil quail eggs and peel. Then finely chop into crumbs.

3. Chop greens after washing.

4. For the filling of the roll, mix the chopped eggs, herbs and cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

· Salt and spices;
