There are no restrictions on spices. Pork goes well with garlic, different types of hot pepper and sweet paprika; zira, turmeric, ginger are great for it. Adding greens of various types is welcome. The recipe for a very tender and juicy pork in tomato sauce. It is perfect for rice, potatoes and any other side dishes. For the sauce, tomato paste is used.

Ingredients

• 600 g of fresh meat;

• a couple of onion heads;

• 50 g of pasta;

• 1 tsp flour;

• 30 g of oil;

• 0.27 l of broth (you can plain water).

Cooking

1. Wash the pork pulp, dry it. First we cut the plates across the fibers, then shred each piece into strips.

2. Heat the oil. If the meat is fat, then you can reduce the amount. Spread the pork, fry until all the pieces are white.

3. It's time to add onions, chopped into strips. Fry meat with onions over low heat. You do not need to hold for long, ten minutes is enough.

4. As soon as the onion becomes rosy, sprinkle the meat with flour. Mix and add the tomato paste. Warm up a minute.

5. Now the broth or water. The liquid should be hot so that there is no temperature difference, the meat does not like this, it will become hard and dry. Pour hot, ideally boiling, liquid. Stir.

6. Cover the pan, stew the pork in tomato for 30-35 minutes.

7. Ten minutes before the end we put salt, pepper. Before you turn off the pork, you can throw laurel, greens.

Oven pork in tomato sauce with garlic

A very simple recipe for pork in the oven, which does not require much attention. For tomato sauce, mashed tomatoes are used, you can take ready mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

• kilogram of pork with fat;

• a pair of onions;

• four cloves of garlic;

• 1 tsp Sahara;

• 550 g of tomatoes;

• salt, pepper, mustard to taste.

Cooking

1. Put the tomatoes in a bowl, pour steep boiling water from the kettle, leave for a minute. We take out, cool in cold water, remove the skin. Peeled tomatoes are mashed with a blender or chopped very finely. The sealed portion near the stem must be removed.

2. Add pepper and salt to the tomato, put mustard to taste. Here you can use a sauce or a little powder. Be sure to add sugar. Squeeze the garlic. Rubbing thoroughly.

• 200 g of dry beans;

• 1 carrot;

• 400 g of tomatoes;

1. Sort beans, pour the beans for 8-10 hours with cold water. This is best done in the evening. In the morning, rinse, add clean water, cook, but not until fully cooked. Beans should pierce but not boil.

• 4 tomatoes;

• 700 g of potatoes;

• 2 onion heads;

• 1 carrot;

• 30 ml of oil;

• seasonings;

• 300 ml of broth.

Cooking

1. Cut the pork, put it in a large frying pan or in a cauldron, begin to fry. Cook the meat for about thirty minutes, the fire is slightly below average.

2. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, approximately the same as meat, add to the fried pork. Fry together for about five minutes.

3. Add the hot broth, cover, simmer for about ten minutes.

4. We take the second frying pan. Pour a little oil, put the chopped onion. Fry it until transparent.

5. We rub carrots, can be cut into strips or thin circles. We shift to the bow. Cook together.

• 700 g of pork;

• 300 g of champignons;

• 2 onion heads;

• 400 ml of grated tomatoes;

• 200 ml of broth;

• 1 tbsp. l flour.

Cooking

1. Cut the meat a little finer than for barbecue. We spread it in a preheated pan with the addition of a spoonful of oil, begin to fry, stir. As soon as the juice begins to stand out, cover. Reduce the fire, simmer for about twenty minutes.

2. Cut the onion, put in another pan. We start to fry.

3. Wash the mushrooms, cut into small pieces, add to the onion. Cook without cover until all liquid has evaporated.

4. As soon as the mushrooms begin to brown, we transfer all this to pork.

1. Mix mustard and soy sauce. Add a whisper of ginger. Grate the chopped ribs with the prepared mixture. Leave for half an hour.

2. Cut the onion into small cubes, fry in a pan. Add a teaspoon of flour. Warm up for a few seconds, add the tomato paste diluted with broth. We prepare the sauce for a couple of minutes, it should thicken a little. Turn off.

3. Remove the ribs from the bowl, lay them on a cutting board. Sprinkle with the remaining flour, lightly dust.

4. Heat the oil in an empty pan, put the ribs, fry over high heat until golden brown.

5. We transfer the ribs into another dish, pour with tomato sauce, simmer for about half an hour.

Pork in potted tomato sauce

The dish can be prepared in one large pot or use small dishes for portion serving.

Ingredients

• 600 g of pork;

• a pound of sweet, ripe tomatoes;

• 1 tsp acute adjika;

• salt.

Cooking

1. Scald tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel. Cut peeled tomatoes into small cubes or twist in mashed potatoes, there is no difference.

2. Add salt and hot adjika to the tomatoes, grind.

3. Cut the pork into cubes.
