When we buy a sandwich maker or a coffee machine, we hope that now we will save on purchased sandwiches or lattes. In fact, each home-made sandwich or coffee costs us much more (about $ 14), since such devices are used very rarely, and then they are completely dusted in kitchen cabinets.
Two out of three kitchen appliances are used on average no more than six times, and every tenth is never touched. This is evidenced by the results of a study conducted by British insurance companies.
It was found that 123 million bread machines, coffee machines, food processors and other kitchen appliances are practically not used.
Least of all use a sandwich maker: 26 percent of people have this kitchen appliance, but they use it very rarely.
Jenny Truman, a home insurance manager, commented on this situation: "Cooking complex dishes at home is certainly a growing trend and perhaps the reason why we get so many of these expensive household appliances."
So, here are ten kitchen appliances that are least used:
