Russia will no longer have material incentives for fertility

According to the Minister of Labor of Russia, Maxim Topilin, today the system of encouraging fertility in our country corresponds to the European level. That is why in the near future of new material incentives to reap meaningless. Topilin believes that new ways to stimulate fertility should be considered, since all the material possibilities have been exhausted.

The official is convinced that a positive change in the demographic situation in Russia should be intensified by improving the health care system, as well as finding ways to increase the life expectancy of Russians. It is important to develop and improve the quality of infrastructure: kindergartens and schools. Should not be ignored and receiving education by young mothers.
