World designers have come to the cold season fully equipped: for a long time, the autumn collections did not offer such a wide selection of warm clothing as in the 2016 season.

The leading fashion houses of the world celebrated the triumphant return of natural fur to the catwalks by presenting models of fur coats and sheepskin coats in a new reading of flowers and styles.

Many types of coats and jackets are ready to join the wardrobes of fashionistas all over the world: you can find an outfit for a humane European winter, for Scandinavian snowy days, and for crackling Russian frosts.

The assortment of weather phenomena is best met with an assortment of fashionable warm clothes, stocked up for different temperature whims of winter.

What should be the fashion clothes for the fall-winter 2016 season? To choose the right answer for ourselves, consider the trends of autumn-winter collections of leading fashion houses.

Trend No. 1. Fur

Models re-enter the catwalks in real furs.

Fur coats of classic style and natural tones alternate with products of all colors of the rainbow. Michael Kors came up especially radically to the color of the fur, offering the attention of fashionable coats of turquoise color.

Sonia Rykiel, Dennis Basso and Anna Sui collections featured products with gradient coloring of fur, that is, with a step transition of color: such a fur coat consists of many stripes, each of which is painted in its own tone.

The result is a striped coat with an unusual color transition, either in one gamut, or vice versa, with contrasting combinations. The extraordinary colors of the fur look great on the coats of simple coat silhouettes, not burdened with unnecessary details.

In the coming season, "boyar" coats "on the floor" are not relevant. The average length is much more convenient - knee-deep or slightly lower. Fur coats of jacket length are also in fashion, just below the waist or to the middle of the thigh. The fur is mostly light, fluffy, "flying".

Fur coats in the patchwork style, as if sewn, were announced as a new word in fashionable clothes of the autumn-winter 2016 season from multi-colored rags of fur.

However, for Russian fashionistas it is rather a “retro”, reminiscent of the 80s of the last century with their sheepskin and mink fur coats from pieces.

But if then such fur coats were sewn strictly in one color, then now contrast is the main “trick” of such products. Many details, sophisticated collars and chic scarves accompany the patchwork fur coats of rabbit, sheepskin and sheared fox.

Trend No. 2. Fur collars and accessories

For those fashionistas who prefer furs as accents in their wardrobe, designers continue to offer insulated coats with chic collars made of fox, mink, rabbit, llama.

Ralph Lauren came up with removable fur sleeveswhich can complement not only winter outfits, but also evening dresses. In a couple of them are offered fur hats with earflaps from the same fur of the same Russian style.

Michael Kors combined classic fox collar coats to complement the sweetest outfits fur clutches. For tweed and drapes, coats and jackets, many couturiers have provided fur cuffs or lapels on sleeves up to the elbow in height.

Strong accents of such a bow can be fur bags, about which designers also did not forget in their collections.

Trend No. 3. Sheepskin coats

Sheepskin coats can rightly be attributed to fashionable clothes of the 2016 season, whose return to the catwalks was supported in their collections by Sonia Rykiel, Lanvin and Ralph Lauren.

Models of cheerful flowers trimmed with natural fur, equipped patch pockets and quite conspicuous fittings. The sheepskin coats from the Prada collection are especially noteworthy: yellow, red, purple, trimmed with contrasting fur.

A large number of presented sheepskin coats supports the fashionable patchwork direction. In one product can pieces of fur and sheepskin of different dressing and pile length are combined, and contrasting details and accessories serve as an addition.

Burberry prorsum in its collection offers coats painted floral patterns. In such a work of tailor's art it is impossible to go unnoticed in a gray-white winter.

Trend No. 4. Quilted clothes

More recently, quilted material could be seen only on the lining of the coat and on the eternal purses of Chanel "2.55". Now everything has changed, and beauty and clarity of stitches won the leading position on the front side of fashion clothes for the fall-winter 2016 season.

Some designers preferred to stitch their models entirely with straight or curved lines, while others limited themselves to quilted details - hem of jackets, pockets, belts and bags.

Chanel mastermind Karl Lagerfeld continued tradition of black and white classics and offered short quilted jackets with contrasting trim, as well as quilted jacket sets + skirt + bag in one color scheme. A set in orange color from a jacket and skirt was introduced by the brand Laura Biagiotti.

Separate models pleased with a combination of several fashion trends at once: fur collar, quilted details and unusual material combinations combined in one model with Richard Chai Love, Stella McCartney and Brandon Sun.

Trend No. 5. Down jackets

A warm and comfortable down jacket, without which winter is unthinkable, from year to year it occupies a central position in the collections of world designers, turning from affordable clothes into works of fashion art.

In the new season, down jackets have become shorter and more voluminoussupplemented fur collars and prints.

Fashion house Fendi presented to the attention of fashionistas voluminous down jackets resembling dutiks, with large graphic pattern.

Models are made in brown and gold tones and complemented by collars, andsymmetrical fasteners and large fittings.

The bold and cheerful brand Moschino gave its down jackets maximum length and painted them in all colors of the rainbow: blue, violet, red and yellow. In this, one certainly won’t be able to go unnoticed among the monochrome winter, which sometimes lasts much longer than the calendar prescribes.

Oversize style is still at its peak, but this season it is relevant for down jackets. If earlier warm clothes were bought more freely "on a sweater", now 1-2 sizes are bound by fashion trends for the fall-winter 2016 season.

Trend No. 6. Pea coat

The characteristic details of the female pea jacket are still reminiscent of their ancestor - the form of military officers, but from year to year they are becoming softer and more feminine, and the colors have long crossed the border of military colors.

Straight double breasted cut and a turn-down collar make a pea coat an element of business and casual fashion. Any length is allowed, from the middle of the thigh to the ankles: the features of the cut will play for harmony with any figure.

The material is used both traditional - velveteen, cashmere, cloth (Chloe), and atypical - leather, fur (Fendi).

Fans of a feminine reading of a military uniform will pay attention to the coat from the Fendi collection; Military fans will love the classic Chloé and Michael Kors pea coat.

Trend No. 7. Long coats

According to fashion designers, among the fashion clothes of the fall-winter 2016 season, a long coat must be present in the wardrobe up to the ankles or “on the floor”. Whether it will be a long pea coat or a different style is for fashionistas to decide. Fashion designers offer many options, it remains only to choose your own among them.

Michael Kors Offers Solid Coats With rich fur trim on sleevesor a fur collar. Fashion house Etro, as always, was distinguished by the presented fabrics: virtuously executed ornaments in perfectly matched colors do not need complex cuts, simple lines of models allow you to endlessly examine the intricacies of patterns and admire them.

Long white coats deserve special mention. Their laconicism and aristocracy were not affected by innovative design ideas and in the collections of various fashion houses white coats remain a model of classics and elegance.

Trend No. 8. Coat with ornament

They can be safely called "clothes for a good mood." As a rule, designers keep classic lines but they color it with contrasting combinations of colors, bright patterns and prints, use large fittings or fringe. Such a thing is the best cure for the blues during the offseason.

Designer Andrew Gn offers a coat of heavy dense fabrics with floral or national ornaments, combining them with llama fur collars.

A young and promising designer from Italy, Stella Jean, has prepared a collection of charming coats that are not like one another. The models are decorated with beautiful prints, as if drawn by the artist directly on the fabric, or fringe and brushes of bright pure colors against the background of the main fabric of a conservative color.

Trend No. 9. Leather things

For leather things, there is always a place of honor in designer collections. The fashion shows of the fall-winter 2016 season were no exception. Attention to the mods classic jackets, trench coats, raincoats from the skin of various styles and colors.

Among the new fashionable coats there are models made of hard faux leather (Christopher Kane), reptile-embossed models (Bottega Veneta), soft-leather coats in retro style (Bottega Veneta).

The favorite colors for leather outerwear of the season are black, emerald, navy, brown.

Jill Stuart and Hermes chose a deep burgundy color for their models, the latter combining quilted main material with large patch pockets with a smooth structure.

Alexander McQueen presented sets of trousers and jackets with a neat fur collar, designed in the colors black + red or black + white.

Trend No. 10. Bomber Jackets

Bomber jackets and jackets finally went into the women's wardrobe and firmly took their places in the fashion collections of clothes for the fall-winter 2016 season. With an obvious “male” component of cut, designers use atypical materials - fur, velvet, sheepskin.

Female reading of bombers is very different from the jackets of American pilots. Based on the cut and shape, the designers generously diluted military minimalism with generous embroideries, prints and details.

The colors and materials are varied: Roberto Cavalli proposed a reptile leather bomber, Versace diluted the eternal black with yellow accents, Louis Vuitton in his model combined immediately patchwork, and fur details, and the eternal black and white combination, and Tommy Hilfiger performed fur bomber.

Bombers are good, and biker jackets are even better! Rough, often worn-out metal fittings, large zipper "leather jackets", aged leather - these are the defining elements of biker jackets.

On the catwalk, they are often combined with chic glamorous skirts and dresses: roughness, "square" jackets only emphasizes the lightness and airiness of companions. In the fall-winter 2016 season, Kenzo “insulated” the jackets and made them full-fledged winter clothes in which cold and frost are not terrible even in Russia.

Sacai Biker Jacket

In the upcoming season, designers suggest moving away from the old rules and attitudes and sticking to the new line of building fashionable bows: combine incongruous, mix textures and materials when choosing fashionable clothes for the fall-winter 2016 season.

No need to be afraid to experiment, change images and styles!

And then a long monotonous winter will be accompanied by a game with flowers and patterns of a fashionable wardrobe for you.
