American-born actor One Byron, known for playing the role of Dr. Phil from the TV series Interns, confessed to homosexuality, which, as it turns out, the entire film crew knew.
According to Odin, when he found out about the attitude towards gays by Ivan Okhlobystin, who claimed that they had to be burned into print, he even wanted to leave the shooting, because he did not want to work alongside such a homophobic. Moreover, Byron said that the condition for his participation in the series is the dismissal of Okhlobystin.
However, to the delight of fans, Byron decided to remain in the television series.
