Thick patterns often knit warm clothes, so necessary for everyone in the cold season. These patterns perform coats, skirts, hats, rugs and sweaters made of thick yarn, which will surely warm and give comfort during bad weather. In addition, another advantage of dense patterns is the ability to perfectly maintain its original shape.

These crochet patterns are made by interlacing different types of posts. That is why the variations of these thick and seemingly knocked-down patterns, there is a huge variety, among which there are both plain and simple patterns of yarn, and weaves of incredible beauty.

Dense crochet patterns - diagrams and description

Dense patterns are selected depending on the type of clothing and ideas of the author. Consider in detail some of the methods of knitting crochet dense patterns and schemes for their implementation, differing in complexity. Let's start with the most simple dense patterns that will be able to bind even beginners.

Knitting for beginners

In itself, knitting crochet dense patterns is considered to be a rather simple task, because the canvas makes them thick, and some even call them coarse. Dense patterns are considered to be the complete opposite of delicate and airy openwork patterns, so beginners should begin their acquaintance with this craft with the implementation of dense patterns. These patterns are also convenient because they train inexperienced knitters to regularly perform fairly simple hook manipulations.

  • Pattern with single crochets

The simplest dense pattern based on single crochets. The pattern begins with a set of air loops. The first column is knitted into the second loop from the hook (one loop of rise).

1 row: 1 lifting loop, * 1 single crochet for one wall of the loop *;

2 row: 1 lifting loop, * 1 single crochet column “in the loop” *.

All other rows knit as second row.

  • Extra long crochets

This pattern is very similar to the previous one, so knitting it is just as easy, and the canvas from it turns out softer and more elastic than from simple crochets. In addition, it will have something in common with openwork patterns due to the “gaps” between the elements.

The initial chain of air loops: 2 lifting loops, the first column is knitted in the third air loop from the hook.

Insert the hook into the loop, grab the working thread and pull it through the loop. There should be 2 loops on the hook. Knit the air loop through the first loop on the hook.

And again there should be 2 loops on the hook. Tie up the column, stretching the working thread through the remaining 2 loops. Next, knit the posts in each loop of the row.

  • Bosnian pattern

Very dense pattern that does not stretch in width, but stretches in length. This pattern is crocheted by semi-columns on the back wall of the loop. It is not necessary to knit a lifting loop, but the first column in the row always knit the loops into the first loop from the hook behind both walls.

1 row: polubic “in the loop” * 1 polubic for the back wall of the loop *.

Rapport pattern vertically is one row.

Ideas for hats

A good choice would be a tight crochet pattern for the cap. Since the purpose of this product is to keep the head warm and protect the hair from wind and frost, it is better to knit hats with dense patterns. Consider several successful options for dense patterns for crochet caps.

  • Bicolor waves

Beautiful tight pattern that looks good on hats.

Air number n. The composing chain is a multiple of 3 + 1 + 2 air. to lift

1 row: 2 air. lifting point, 2 tbsp. s / n in 1 p. grounds, skip 2 air. Clause of a dial-up chain, * 1 Art. b / n and 2 tbsp. s / n in 1 p. grounds, skip 2 air. n. typesetting chains, repeat from *, 1 tbsp. b / n

2 row: 2 air. lifting point, 2 tbsp. C / n in 1 p. base, * 1 tbsp. b / n and 2 tbsp. s / n in art. b / n, repeat from *, 1 tbsp. b / n in vozd. to lift Repeat 2nd p.

  • Scales

More complex pattern, but interesting and original in form. Bulky scales are perfect for children's hats and scarves. A sufficiently large amount of yarn will go to the pattern. Let's take a closer look at how this unusual pattern fits.

Dial a chain of air loops, the number of loops should be a multiple of 6 + 1 vp equalization + 2 inc. lifting + 1 cf for the pattern. 6 loops of an air chain are one scale.

1 row: In the 7th air loop knit 1 tbsp. s / n, 1 ce, in the same loop 1 tbsp. s / n, 1 ce, skip 2 loops of the base, into the next 1 tbsp. s / n, 1 ce, skip 2 base loops and knit 1 tbsp. s / n, 1 ce, 1 tbsp. s / n in one loop. Then continue the pattern alternating a single column with a check with a check mark in one loop to the end of the row. The row should end in a single double crochet.

2 row: 2 row: Turn the work sideways looped on the hook up. Make a hook over the hook and enter the hook under the first wall of the check mark of the previous row, knit the first column with the crochet, just make another 4 tbsp. s / n (the number of columns depends on the thickness of the thread, if you choose a thin thread, then you need to increase the number of columns, if the thread is thick, then reduce). Further, without making additional loops, you knit another 5 tbsp. s / n for the second wall tick. You turn the work towards yourself inside out, i.e. With a mesh, draw a picture back to you and attach it with a connecting pole (semi-column) to the loop of a single crochet stitch of the previous row. Again, turn the work pattern to yourself and tick again knit on 5 st. s / n for each wall and again connect Comm. Art. (polust.) for a single loop st. s / n previous row. And so do until the end of the series. Last scale attach to the second air. Loop previous row.

Important: If you want to make not scales, but leaves, then after tying 5 tbsp. s / n for the first wall of the tick, do 2 air. and knit connect. in the second loop from the hook, and then knit 5 tbsp. s / n for the second wall tick.

3 row: This row is increased by 2 scales. When you knit a pattern, you will alternate rows, then more, then less scales, but at the same time on the reverse moan the canvas will have a smooth look, and you can easily connect the parts. The series begins with a set of 3 vp for the first tick of the new series + 1 vp and knit the first double crochet in the tighter loop where the air loops started, 1 ce, tying the double crochet in the middle of the flake, 1 ce between the scales again tick and so on until the end of the row. At the end of the row in the last loop knit tick.

4 row: Repeat the pattern "Scales", as in the second row. When the last double crochet is knotted in the last scale, you knit a connecting column in the middle of the scale, thus securing the end of the row.

5 row: It is necessary to reduce the number of scales again, so the set of rows begins with 3 air loops (this is a single double crochet) + 1 ce and then again between the scales tying a tick. The row ends by knitting a single column in the middle of the last scale.

6 row: knit the pattern again, as in the third row.

In this way, scales alternate: now more, then less.

Master class in creating patterns for the skirt

When choosing the appropriate options for knitting different models of clothes, it is often advised that the crochet pattern is tight for the skirt, since the finished product pleases its owner with its original form for a long time, does not stretch, looks interesting and original, and most importantly - does not allow it to freeze. Consider several options suitable for skirts patterns.

  • Seashells

Despite the small openness, shells from the shells is dense. This beautiful pattern is knitted with columns with one or more nakida in one loop, after which a column is knitted without a nakida, into which a fan is knitted in the next rows.

First you need to dial the number of loops that you need, but it must be a multiple of 6 plus 2 loops (for lifting).

Next, knit a tight crochet pattern as follows:

1 row: To knit a crochet without crochet into the second air loop from the hook, then skip 2 air loops and knit the crochet with one crochet 5 times into the same next air loop. Skip the next two air loops and knit the single crochet into the third loop, then 2 air loops are skipped and the fan is tied again. And so fit to the end of the series.

2 row: 3 lifting loops are knitted and 2 more double crochets are knitted into the very first loop, i.e. in the last column without nakida. 3 lift loops replace 1 double crochet. Next, the crochet is knitted without crochet into the third crocheted column from the fan of the previous row. A fan is tied to the single crochet column of the previous row. Knitting continues until the end of the row. A row ends with three double crochets in a single crochet of the previous row.

3 row: 1 air lift loop is knitted and a single crochet column is knitted into the first double crochet of the previous row. A fan knits in a single crochet column. Knit to the end of the row. The row ends with a single crochet into the third air lift loop of the previous row.

Next, repeat the last 2 rows to the desired length of the product.

  • Cones

This dense openwork pattern is perfect for a summer skirt. The pattern is simple, and fit pretty quickly. Consider the way to knit it in more detail.

First you need to tie a chain of odd number of air loops plus 3 loops for lifting. For knitting "knobs" you will need to knit three crochets into one and the same loop, without taking the last step, and then crochet all unfinished crochets with a single loop. In some way it looks like a decrease.

In the fourth loop of the base it is necessary to tie 3 crochets, but not to finish them, i.e. you put the hook on the hook, insert the hook into the loop of the base and pull out the working thread, we have 3 loops on the hook, knit the first two and stop at it. You have 2 loops on the hook. Again, do a nakid and from the loop of the base pull the working thread, total 4 loops and again knit 2 loops and stop, total 3 loops on the hook. Put the working thread back on from the loop of the base, total 5 loops on the hook, knit the first 2 and you have 4 loops on the hook. Grab a working thread and pull it through all 4 loops. The pattern of the knob is ready. There may be more such columns in the "cone", then the pattern will be more magnificent.

The pattern of "cones" basically fits through one air loop. Therefore, after you have tied the knob, you need to make one air loop and skip 1 loop at the base, i.e. The following "knob" needs to be knitted into the second loop. And so fit to the end of the series. Each row starts with 3 lifting loops, ends with tying a “bump” into the third lifting loop of the previous row.

The second row fits even easier, there is no need to assume that all the “bumps” fit through one air loop between the “bumps” of the previous row.

  • Rice fields

Beautiful tight pattern that will surely rivet all eyes to your new skirt. A big plus of this pattern is in the simplicity of its execution, since for its knitting, crocheted crochets and crochets are used. The pattern is quite dense, but not hard - so it fits perfectly for a skirt. Its simplicity is also good because it allows you to beautifully combine several different patterns on the same canvas.

For the sample, gain a chain of air loops with a number that is a multiple of 2, plus 1 loop for the symmetry of the pattern, plus 2 lifting loops.

1 row: 2 lifting loops, * in the 3rd loop they knit 1 column without a nakida and 1 column with the 1st double knit, 1 loop of the chain let * in the last loop of the chain knit 1 column with the 1st double knit;

2 row: 2 lifting air loops, * knit 1 single crochet column and 1 double crochet column * into the loop of the single crochet, and a single crochet into the last air loop of the row;

Subsequent rows knit just like the second row.

What to choose for a coat?

Crocheted demi-season coat is also a very necessary thing in the wardrobe. A perfect solution to this issue would be a tight crochet pattern for a coat. These patterns make you feel comfortable and confident in yourself. They retain the original shape, not allowing things to stretch, and perfectly retain heat. Moreover, many of them look on the finished product very original.

  • Tunisian pattern

This pattern is considered ideal for knitting sweaters, cardigans, and most importantly - for a coat. The fact is that the structure of this pattern does not allow heat to pass through, practically does not stretch and protects the thing from deformation. To make it clearer how to knit it, you should study this master class with step-by-step photos.

Important:For Tunisian knitting, a special long hook-knitting needle is used, since, unlike other types of crochet, when making Tunisian knitting, all the loops of a row are arranged on a hook. The hook length must match the width of the canvas, otherwise you will have to sew individual strips. The hook is held in the hand like a knitting needle. Some use a larger hook than needed for the selected yarn. This provides a slight elasticity of the canvas. Knitting with a Tunisian crochet requires less yarn consumption than traditional crochet. Hinges need to be knit not too tight. When knitting, the fabric is twisted due to the high rigidity, therefore it is recommended to steam the knitted parts of the product before joining them.

We collect a chain of air loops. Starting from the second loop, we pull out one loop from each link of the chain, leaving them on the hook.

The number of loops of the first row must repeat the number of air loops in the chain. In the second row we perform alternate closure of the loops. This series is also called "reverse".

Knit the first loop, then close all other loops in pairs. At the end there should be one loop on the hook.

The first two rows are knitted in the same way always for each pattern in Tunisian knitting.

Next, knit rapport, it consists of two rows. The first row is the seizure of the loops (they also say that Tunisian knitting is knitting "into a set"), the second row (the reverse one) is closing. Knitting does not turn on the wrong side, the fabric is always knitted on the front side.

To capture the loops, you need to straighten the first two rows and clearly mark the protruding vertical broaches or else they are called Tunisian bars. Alternately, we insert the hook from right to left through the broach, grab the working thread on the front side and pull it out.

Thus we recap the loop on the hook. It is necessary to ensure that the loops on the hook are of the same height and not tightened. In the second row, we close the loops in pairs, not forgetting that we close the first one, so we raise our rows.

  • Flower meadow

Another option for knitting a charming dense pattern in the form of a floral motif with braids. This pattern is rather complicated in execution, but it will look great on knitted coats, snudah, leggings and many other warm things.

Abbreviations in the knitting pattern:

vp - air loop;
Sc - column without nakida;
SS - connecting stub.

The pattern repeats every 4 rows. In the 1st and 3rd rows there is an alternation of gum from the SS and berries, and in the 2nd and 4th row only the SS is knitted.

Important: when knitting a pattern, knit all the loops behind the back wall of the loop.

Working process:

Dial 23 in. P. (3 loops for an elastic band, 4 loops for a berry, 4 loops a gap between berries, 4 loops a berry, 4 loops a gap, 3 loops an elastic band, 1 loop for rise) (photo 1).

1 row (front side): the first SS in the second vp from the hook, mop in the trail. two loops (photo 2), then the berry knits: * 1 sc in the next. loop, 1 ce, now you need to find the front leg of the newly knitted sc (see the next picture and video below) (photo 3) make a nakid, insert a hook into this left front leg of the sc, grab and pull the thread, grab the thread again and stretch it through 2 loops on the hook (2 loops left on the hook), i.e. a so-called unfinished double crochet was knitted (photo 4).

Then you need to make a nakid again, insert the hook there (the front leg of the SNS), pull out the thread, grab the thread again and stretch it immediately through 3 loops on the hook (2 loops left on the hook), i.e. as if a semi-column with a crochet was connected, skip one loop (for the 1st row - one vp of the initial chain) (photo 1) enter the hook into the next. loop, pull the thread (3 loops on the hook), grab the thread and stretch it through all 3 loops on the hook (photo 2), BN in the next. loop. * Berry is ready (photo 3). We make 4 CC (photo 4), a berry (repeat from * to *), 4 CC for the gap, 3 CC for the elastic.

2 row (seamy side): 1 ce lifting, SS to the end of the row (only 22 SS). To make the back walls of the loops better visible, you can hold the knitting vertically (photo 1). Be sure to recalculate the number of SS to avoid errors. Do not forget to tie the SS in the last loop of the series, which is ce the rise of the previous row (photo 2). 3 row: 1 vp lifting, 3 CC for gum, 4 CC for the gap (photo 3), 4 CC, berry, 3 CC for the gum. (the berry has shifted in a staggered manner) (photo 4).

4 row: Knit as a 2nd row.

Repeat rows 1-4 to continue the pattern.

Simple openwork pattern

There are among the dense patterns and openwork, which due to its multi-layered structure of yarn create the effect of relief and airiness. Such a lace crochet pattern is used for knitting winter or demi-season items, as well as for creating summer clothes. In this case, the decisive role will be played by the density of the yarn, which is responsible for the “openwork” of the dense pattern. Consider several patterns of knitting such ornaments.
