The daughter of the famous writer Juliana Semenova Olga does not agree with the decision of the court and is trying to prove the mental ill-health of her mother, Ekaterina Sergeyevna. The woman claims that Semyonov’s widow does not only want to meet with her relatives, but also, at her own discretion, controls the share of property she has received, and also gives away the invaluable legacy of her grandfather, the famous artist Peter Konchalovsky.
Olga declares that 28 paintings by Konchalovsky without the permission of the Ministry of Culture of Russia were exported abroad. Some of the paintings, whose average cost exceeds $ 20 million, were discovered at the auction of European auction houses.
Things in the family of Semenov are very acute. According to court records, the writer's widow was forcibly placed in a psychiatric hospital with her daughter.
