It often happens that when you wake up in a cheerful mood, by the middle of the day a person begins to feel very tired. According to doctors, this is due to the need to get up early in the morning. To compensate for lack of sleep on working days, most people sleep off on weekends, which, however, does not save the situation.

Being forced to experience stress at work, they delay with sleep in the evening, and wake up very early in the morning, losing 40 minutes of good quality sleep on average. Doctors warn: this way of life is fraught with serious consequences. Invalid mode leads to a failure of the “biological clock”, deterioration of mood, the awakening of a strong famine.

Mood changes are combined with low self-esteem. Gradually, it becomes increasingly difficult to focus on work, which affects its quality. A person is constantly tormented by the desire to sleep, sex life is deteriorating, for which there is virtually no time left. Experts recommend diligent workers to go to bed no later than 22 hours, and twice a week until midnight.
