6 petals - 6 days - 6 mono-diets. This system was developed by a nutritionist from Sweden Anna Johansson. The name reflects the concept that the author depicted as a six-petal flower. Petals correspond to diet days, in each of which only one product is allowed. If you correctly follow the sequence of days and products, then for a six-day cycle, you can lose up to 5 kilograms of excess weight.

6 petal diet - concept

The diet for six days is as follows:

• The first day - fish dishes. It is permissible to eat it raw, cook, bake, steam. But fried or canned fish is prohibited. Fish can be both oily and lean. Also allowed fish stock.

• The second day - dishes from vegetables. They have few calories, but many vitamins. They can be eaten raw or boiled, grilled. Soups and vegetable juices are also allowed.

• The third day is chicken. Just like fish, it is recommended to stew, cook, bake, but not fry. Peel must be removed. Chicken is not too high in calories, but nutritious due to the large amount of protein, so you definitely will not have to starve on this day.

• The fourth day - cereals (cereals, cereals). They also give a feeling of fullness for a long time. Since these are complex carbohydrates, it takes a lot of time to digest them. At the same time, cereals help cleanse the body. Croup can be poured with water and there is swollen. Or boil any cereal on the water, make cereal from cereal, which, incidentally, is allowed to add a few nuts that day - but not more than a handful.

• Fifth day - cottage cheese dishes. It is recommended to take low-fat cottage cheese, in addition to it - low-fat yogurt. Milk, kefir, also non-fat, are also acceptable. The curd diet can be varied with casserole or cheesecakes.

• The sixth day - fruits. Any, with the exception of bananas (too high-calorie) and grapes (it contains a lot of sugar). From fruits you can make smoothies, salads, stew them or bake.

Between breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is recommended to drink herbal teas, mineral water, vegetable, fish or chicken broth (on the corresponding days of the diet).

Thus, alternating protein foods and carbohydrates. This is the basis of the effectiveness of the diet. With this alternation, metabolism is accelerated, the body begins to expend fat deposits. In addition, such one-day mono-diets are essentially a form of separate nutrition. In this case, from each eaten product, our body takes only the substances it needs and does not transform excess calories into unwanted kilograms.

6 petal diet - the rules for successful weight loss

From 500 to 800 grams daily allows you to lose such a diet. However, for this it is necessary to strictly follow some principles:

• All day you need to eat only one diet-specific product;

• meals should be made frequent, eat in small portions, chew each piece very well;

• you can’t drink food, all liquids - only between meals;

• you cannot change the sequence of monodiet days established in this food system, otherwise the underlying principle of alternating carbohydrate and protein products will be violated;

• vegetable oil and salt - a minimum;

• under the ban - hot spices and all sugar-containing products, pastries, canned goods, smoked meats.

You need to go out of the diet of 6 petals wisely. Do not immediately eat everything. Diversify the diet should be gradual. It’s better to take only those foods that were in mono-diets for a few more days, trying to periodically alternate protein and carbohydrate foods. Flour and sweet in the early days are also recommended to be avoided. Then, since the body has already adapted to proper nutrition without junk food, it is also advisable to limit the amount of sweets, fatty and fried foods. Together with light physical exertion, this will help maintain the achieved effect.

You can repeat the six-day monodiet cycle no earlier than a month later.

Pros and cons of a 6-petal diet, contraindications

The main plus - there is no need to starve. It is also not too difficult to psychologically observe such a diet - nutrition, although it is one-component, but not uniform, is a new type of food every day that gives the body energy and the necessary substances. So you can lose weight without unnecessary stress from the restrictions on food. For better motivation, the creator of the system suggests cutting a flower from paper, signing the corresponding days of the diet on its petals and tearing off one by one daily. Thus, losing weight visualizes his success for himself.

Of the minuses, it is worth noting that a diet of 6 petals will not be easy to observe at work, in an office or production environment. After all, you need to take food fractionally, often, and eat only a certain product. So if there is no way to ensure a proper diet, it is better to postpone losing weight on vacation.

This diet has contraindications. Do not sit on it during pregnancy or lactation, as well as during an exacerbation of any disease. It is also not recommended for:

• anemia:

• problems with the stomach and intestines;

• diseases of the kidneys and liver;

• fever;

• diabetes.

There is no need to invent any special recipes. Nutritionists recommend that familiar dishes be adapted to a 6-petal diet. Just do not put a lot of salt and oil, do without spices, eliminate sugar. In addition, you should give preference to cooking in a double boiler, baking in the oven, but you will have to refuse fried foods. It is allowed to season the cottage cheese with vanilla or cinnamon, and add a teaspoon of honey to the fruit. Also on fruit day you can drink compotes and juices.

Despite the fact that the diet of 6 petals does not establish a limit on the number of products for each day, nutritionists advise when compiling the menu to still consider the following recommendations:
