Incredible simple and tasty dish that will be appropriate on an everyday table and not even a holiday. And you can take it with you as a snack for work or cook for a picnic. And all this is pita bread with cottage cheese and herbs.

To prepare such an appetizer in literally 10 minutes. And the taste is like the best dish from a restaurant with three Michelin stars. We are joking of course, but the taste is very, very memorable.

There are several options for making such an appetizer - in the form of triangles (this is our option), in the form of rolls and in the form of envelopes. Nevertheless, the first option is the most interesting, so we will describe in detail how to wrap such triangles.

Oh yes, there is still a definite plus, if you fry a pita appetizer in a dry frying pan, then the dish can be called dietetic. But if you are not afraid for your figure, then fry pita bread with melted butter - this is an incredible taste.

The amount of ingredients we give is approximately. You focus on your taste and add more herbs, garlic, and maybe chili.

Ingredients:

Two thin pita bread;

350 g of cottage cheese;

A bunch of dill and green onions;

1 head of garlic;

Salt.

Recipe:

To begin with, finely chop the greens. Dill and chives are the minimum set of greens. Cilantro, parsley, arrows of garlic, wild garlic. The list goes on. Also, if you take not pure cottage cheese, but a mixture of feta cheese and cottage cheese or add suluguni cheese, the taste will sparkle in a new way.

Now add the garlic and salt. Add garlic in your own way. It seems to us that the more it is, the tastier.

Knead the cottage cheese well with a fork so that it becomes homogeneous.

Now deploy pita bread. We cut it into strips 7-8 cm wide.

Take one strip, put the filling on the edge.

We wrap the edge, as shown in the photo. It should be a triangle.

We continue to wrap pita bread along the edges of the triangle. With some skill, it turns out very quickly and equally.

Fry the triangles in a dry frying pan for 2 minutes over medium heat.

Serve the pita triangles best hot with sour cream. Enjoy your meal.
