Minced bread can supplant the usual sausage, ham and other non-natural products. This is an excellent alternative for sandwiches, it can be served on a meat plate and used as an independent snack. At the same time, everything is prepared simply unrealistic, it comes out cheaply and always turns out delicious.

Minced chicken bread - general principles of preparation

Minced chicken can be bought or made independently. From the breast, a dietary and dryish dish is obtained. Of the other parts (thighs, legs), bread is softer, juicier, but its fat content is much higher. Which product to take is a matter of personal taste, unless otherwise specified in the recipe. To make bread, you will additionally need eggs, they are in almost every version, help to combine the ingredients and fasten, sometimes they are used for filling.

What products add more:

· White bread, loaf, breadcrumbs;

Cheese

· Various vegetables;

Mushrooms

· Bacon, lard, different types of meat.

Of course, it all depends on the recipe you choose. Sometimes some products are laid inside the bread, like a filling. It turns out a kind of chicken roll or pie.

It is desirable to bake such bread in elongated forms with high sides. But if there is nothing like that, then we take another vessel. Cooking time for minced chicken rarely exceeds an hour, the temperature in most recipes is 180-200 degrees.

Plain minced chicken bread with onions

There are not many ingredients in this recipe for minced chicken with onion, it turns out to be natural, tastes good. In addition, you can enter any spices at your discretion.

Ingredients

900 g of chicken meat;

· 2 eggs;

250 g of white bread;

50 g crackers;

20 ml of oil;

· 2 onions;

15 g of garlic.

Cooking method

1. Turn on the oven immediately at 200 degrees, let it warm up. We grease a form for unusual bread, sprinkle with crackers.

2. White bread needs to be soaked. You can take just water, broth, raw milk or cream. Any liquid is suitable, so the exact amount and type in the recipe is not indicated.

3. Chop the onion and garlic, add to the minced meat. Squeeze out the pieces of the swollen bread and also lay in the total mass. Stir thoroughly several times.

4. Add spices and eggs. As already mentioned, you can use any seasonings at your discretion or restrict yourself to salt with black pepper. Mix again.

5. We transfer the bread to a previously prepared mold, level it, it is advisable to make a layer of at least five centimeters. The top is carefully smoothed, it can be straightened with a wet hand.

6. Put the chicken bread in the oven. Cook for about 50 minutes.

7. Remove from the oven, leave for five minutes. Then flip the form, remove. Let’s lie down for another ten minutes. Turn the bread to the other side, cool.

Minced chicken bread with eggs (Mitlof)

The English recipe for a meat loaf, which can be prepared from pork, beef, but in this embodiment, chicken is used. In addition to eggs, which are also used for filling, any hard cheese is additionally needed. Spices are introduced as desired.

Ingredients

· 700 g of chicken meat;

· 4 eggs;

100 g of cheese;

0.5 tsp salts;

Turmeric, garlic, paprika (any seasoning).

Cooking method

1. Twist the chicken, if the minced meat is not ready. Add seasonings immediately. We rub the cheese and pour about half of it for decoration, add the rest of the product to the total mass.

2. Separately, cook three eggs, add the fourth to the base for chicken bread, stir it thoroughly.

0.7 kg of minced meat;

1 egg

1 bell pepper;

· 4 slices of bread;

· 1 tbsp. l sour cream;

2 cloves of garlic;

1 onion.

Cooking method

1. Grind onions with garlic, add to minced chicken, immediately introduce salt, pepper.

2. Soak the bread and lay next, but squeeze out the excess liquid. Stir, and then fall asleep chopped into small cubes red Bulgarian pepper.

120 ml cream;

1. Pour cream slices of bread, let it swell, periodically turn it over to the other side.

2. Grind the onion and chicken breasts, break the eggs to them and lay the swollen pieces of bread. For color and taste, we introduce paprika with turmeric, for flavor we pour a little fragrant pepper, be sure to add minced meat. Stir, set aside.

3. Cut the bacon or bacon into small cubes, like bacon in a sausage. This is easy to do with a frozen product, it will turn out neatly and evenly. We fall asleep in the total mass, stir the last time.

4. Spread the chicken bread in the prepared form (greased, sprinkled). We level it and send it to the oven for 45 minutes, bake at 200 degrees.

Minced chicken bread with mushrooms

Incredibly fragrant and interesting recipe for minced chicken bread with mushrooms. For example, champignons are used. But with small mushrooms (you can not cut them), oyster mushrooms, chanterelles, too, it turns out very well.

Ingredients

200 g of mushrooms;

800 g minced meat;

· 30 g of butter;

130 g of onions;

· 2 eggs;

· salt and pepper;

· 30 g sour cream;

· 2 tbsp. l cheese;

· 3 slices of bread;

· Some milk or broth.

Cooking method

1. Pour milk or any broth, leave for ten minutes. There is time to prepare the mushrooms. Cut them into small cubes, chopped onions.

2. In butter, fry the onion a little, add mushrooms, turn on the strongest fire. Cook for about five minutes to evaporate all the moisture.

3. Twist the chicken or use the prepared minced meat. Add mushrooms with onions to it, introduce eggs.

4. First, knead the swollen bread with your hands, then introduce it into the chicken mass, continue to mix. Salt, pepper, you can add a little fresh or dried herbs. You can enter a little garlic.

5. Put the cooked mass in a greased form, after leveling, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with sour cream on top. Thanks to this, the cheese will not burn, but it will still brown.

6. Send chicken bread with mushrooms for 40 minutes in the oven. After cooking, cool a little in shape, then gently pull it out.

Minced chicken bread with rice (economical)

An economical and profitable option for minced chicken bread with boiled rice. Additionally, you need fat sour cream, sometimes it is replaced with mayonnaise. Turmeric is used for color, but you can take some paprika or other seasonings.

Ingredients

150 g of rice;

750 g minced chicken;

· 2 eggs;

· 1 tbsp. l greens;

0.5 tsp turmeric

1 onion;

1 tsp grated garlic;

80 ml sour cream (mayonnaise).

Cooking method

1. Wash rice, pour into boiling water, mix well, add salt and cook for about 7-8 minutes. Overexposure is not worth it. After that, pour into a colander. If time is running out, then rinse with cold water, it will quickly cool down. Set aside, let it drain.

2. Add the chopped onions to the chicken stuffing and add the garlic. Next, lay the sour cream, but leave a little to grease the bread before baking. Immediately break raw eggs into the total mass, followed by spices. Stir everything thoroughly, introduce rice. At the very end, add chopped greens, but you can cook without it.

3. Put the cooked minced chicken and rice into a suitable shape, smooth, grease with sour cream and put in a preheated oven. Cook for 40-45 minutes, the temperature is about 180 degrees. After we take out, cover with a napkin, give "rest" for 20 minutes.

Minced Chicken Bread - Tips & Tricks

· If you use minced chicken, the consistency may be weak due to the abundance of skins. You can add a little croutons or a couple of spoons of semolina.

· When using dry minced chicken breast, it will be useful to add a little sour cream, butter or twist a piece of bacon to the dish. You can do, as in the English recipe, crumble a little fat.

· Chicken bread is tasty in itself, but with the addition of minced meat from lamb, beef or pork, the dish will only win.

· In addition to rice, you can cook other types of economical chicken bread with buckwheat, pearl barley, but it is important not to forget about the eggs that connect it all.
