The founders of this diet are nutritionists from the American D'Adamo Dynasty. Their theory is based on the fact that biochemical blood parameters form a certain type of organism. Therefore, the owners of four groups need four different diets.

Group I: the main food of hunters is meat

Blood type I (0) was formed 30 millennia ago, when hunting was the main source of food. She is adapted to meat food and easily assimilates protein protein, which strengthens the immune system and digestion, speeds up the metabolism.

Type 0 problems are most often associated with poor metabolism, high acidity, poor blood coagulation, inflammatory processes and allergies.

The problems of this group include weak immunity and nervous system, low acidity, risk of heart disease, diabetes and liver disease.

• ketchup and mayonnaise,

Blood Type III Nutrition: Omnivores

10 millennia ago, our ancestors began to roam, mixing races and nationalities. The result was a seasoned group III with a balanced nervous system and strong immunity.

The weaknesses of this type can be attributed only to autoimmune diseases and chronic fatigue syndrome.

The main health condition for Type B blood owners is uniform alternation of all types of food, the so-called mixed diet.

With caution, you need to use the following products:

• pork,

• smoked meats and pickles,

• margarine,

• buckwheat and rye products,

• potatoes, tomatoes,

• lemonade

• ice cream.

The youngest type of blood is AB, obtained from compounds of groups II and III. Such a contrasting combination led to a weakening of the digestive and immune systems in representatives of this type.

Group IV is distinguished by no more than 8% of all people living on Earth. And they have to closely monitor their health, since type AB inherits the problems of types A and B, adding to them insecurity from microbial infections.

Blood IV diet aims to maintain immunity and limit intake

• fatty meat (pork, goose, ducklings),

• crustaceans,

• marinades and pickles,

• whole milk and cream,

• any oil except olive,

• buckwheat and corn,

• radish and radish,
