  • When we bake all the cakes, we begin to build our "Napoleon", smearing each cake with a cream of whipped oil with condensed milk.

  • When the whites are whipped, we begin to whisk the yolks with the remaining powder until they turn into a white creamy air mass.
  • Then gently mix the beaten yolks with flour, baking powder to a homogeneous mass, then add the proteins.
  • We shift the dough into the form, and put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour.
  • We take out the finished biscuit, cool and cut it into 3 parts, and then grease them with any cream and combine them into a cake.

Chocolate cake is without a doubt the dream of every chocolate lover. And here is how you can cook it:

Ingredients

  • 300 gr Sahara
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 tsp soda, slaked vinegar
  • 400 gr. flour
  • 30 gr cocoa
  • 30 g chocolate liquor
  • 400 gr. thick sour cream
  • 200 gr. Sahara
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 2 bars of dark chocolate

Once this cake, which was sold in the confectionery of the Prague restaurant, was a huge shortage, and resourceful housewives came up with a recipe that was as close as possible to the original. You can make this cake too.

Cake pigeon's milk

Ingredients

  • 200 gr. flour
  • 200 gr. Sahara
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 gr. flour
  • 400 gr. Sahara
  • 10 eggs
  • 40 gr gelatin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 300 gr butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 gr. Sahara
  • 100 gr. cocoa powder
  • 100 ml of milk

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar for 10 minutes, add flour, stir. Bake the biscuit on medium heat for about half an hour, then cool and cut into two layers.
  • For cream, first fill in the gelatin with 150 ml of warm water.
  • Separating the yolks and squirrels, remove the latter in the refrigerator, and whisk the yolks until fluffy with a glass of sugar. Then we pour milk there, pour in the flour and mix.
  • We put the saucepan in a water bath and, stirring, bring to the appearance of bubbles and a strong increase in volume. Then the mass should be cooled, also stirring.
  • Beat the butter preliminarily softened to room temperature, gradually adding the custard and vanilla sugar obtained earlier, then mix and get an oil cream.
  • The gelatin is brought to complete dissolution, if necessary, filtered.
  • Whisk the whites in a large saucepan with sugar in a strong foam, pour the dissolved gelatin into it and mix well.
  • Add a little oil cream to the protein, whipping.
  • Putting our cake together. We moisten the lower biscuit with a brush with syrup and cognac so that it is slightly soaked. Spread the cream on top, cover with a second cake, squeeze lightly, place in the refrigerator for several hours until completely solidified (preferably at night).

  • Beat eggs with sugar, then add flour and soda.
  • On a preheated baking sheet, greased with oil, spread the dough with small pancakes in a spoon, then put in the oven and bake, and when they lightly brown, remove them.
  • While the pancakes are cooling, prepare the cream, whipping the sour cream with sugar. We also prepare icing by mixing sugar and butter and heating them over low heat. When the butter has melted, add cocoa and sour cream and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • When the pancakes have cooled, put 3 cakes to the side, and put the rest on the dish with chamomile and grease their layers with sour cream. In total, approximately 5 layers should be obtained, and the cake itself should resemble a turtle in appearance. Fill it with glaze from above, and cut the three left flat cakes in half and make the head, paws and tail of the “turtle” out of them.

The Prague Cake (pictured above) is an amazing mix of chocolate, air cake and cream. To prepare it, you need to take a glass of flour and the same amount of sugar, as well as 2-3 eggs, up to 200 g of sour cream, a can of condensed milk and half a teaspoon of soda.

To prepare the dough, all the ingredients should be mixed and well kneaded. Then they should be divided into three parts and thus bake three cakes. Before baking, pan or pan must be thoroughly greased with oil. Each cake should be baked for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.

For the cream you will need a pack of butter and a half can of condensed cocoa. The butter should be softened and grated with condensed cocoa until a lush mass is obtained. Grease the cakes with the cream obtained, and on top of the cake you can cover with nuts or chocolate glaze.

Cake "Mosaic" strikes with simple ingredients and amazing taste. You will need a pound of sour cream, sugar, vanilla, gelatin and multi-colored jelly. Sour cream with sugar should be beaten with a mixer until an elegant mass is obtained, dilute gelatin and mix with sour cream. Then the result should be left to harden, and at this time to cook a "tight" multi-colored jelly, it should harden faster than sour cream.
