1. My melon, cut in half and take out the seeds with fibers with a spoon. We cut off the peel with a sharp knife. Cut the pulp into medium-sized cubes.

2. Using the smallest grater, remove the zest from the lemon. Then we cut it and squeeze the juice from the pulp into a saucepan. Pour sugar in lemon juice and cook a fairly thick syrup. Add a couple of spoons of lemon zest to it, mix and cool.

3. Put the chopped melon on a plate and pour over lemon syrup. We stand the dessert for half an hour and serve.

Recipe 2. Frozen Frozen Melon and Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients

  • 300 g of melon pulp;

  • 10 g vanilla sugar;

  • 300 g of strawberries;

  • 75 ml of honey.

Cooking method

1. Peel the washed melon, peel the seeds and cut into small slices. Spread the strawberries in a sieve and rinse under the tap.

2. Put pieces of melon, strawberries, vanilla sugar and honey in a blender's container. We interrupt everything to the state of mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 270 g of melon pulp;

  • 50 g coconut flakes;

Cooking method

Cooking method

1. Washing and peeling melon. Cut the pulp into cubes and put it in a bowl.

3. Put pieces of melon on fire and bring to a boil over moderate heat. Cook at low boil for five minutes.

Recipe 5. Melon Dessert "Breeze at Sea"

Ingredients

  • four baked milk flavored cookies;

  • 5 g of instant coffee;

  • 100 g of melon;

  • 40 g walnuts;

  • 60 g of black currant;

  • 50 g of sugar;

  • 150 ml of drinking water;

  • 100 g sour cream.

Cooking method

1. Wash the melon, wipe with a napkin, remove seeds with fibers and peel. Finely chop the pulp. Put a layer on the bottom of the bowl.

2. Boil water and make instant coffee. Soak half the cookies in coffee and lay on top of the melon.

Ingredients

  • two glasses of finely chopped melon;

  • vanillin;

  • 75 ml of sugar;

  • 100 ml of condensed milk;

  • 50 ml of lemon juice;

  • 200 ml of 33% cream;

  • 70 ml of drinking water;

  • 50 g of frozen cherries;

  • egg white;

  • 50 g of dark chocolate;

  • 70 ml of milk;

  • walnuts.

Cooking method

1. Pour 50 g of sugar into water and keep on fire until it is completely dissolved. Turn the heat to moderate, and cook for another ten minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

2. Cut the flesh of the melon into slices, place them in the blender bowl and beat until smooth. Transfer it to a bowl, add a spoonful of lemon juice and syrup. Mix well. Put in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.

3. Beat the egg white in a stable foam. Add it to the frozen melon puree and beat with a mixer for about a minute. Refrigerate again for an hour.

4. Defrost the cherry and beat in a blender to a puree state. Add a spoonful of sugar to the cherry puree and cook, stirring, on low heat for five minutes.

5. Pour milk into the stewpan. Put the broken chocolate into it. Put on the fire and melt it, continuously mixing. Combine melted chocolate with cherry puree.

6. Remove the sorbet from the melon from the refrigerator, arrange it in portioned molds. Clean for half an hour in the freezer. Then take out and lay out the chocolate mixture. Again send for half an hour to the freezer.

7. Whip the cream into a dense foam. Continue whipping, gradually adding condensed milk and adding lemon juice. Place the ice cream in the freezer for half an hour. After the allotted time, remove, whisk again for a minute and lay on top of the chocolate layer.
