General principles for the preparation of chicken marinade with soy sauce

• As a rule, marinade is prepared on the basis of soy sauce with the addition of any spices. Dairy products will not be superfluous: kefir, sour cream, yogurt or whey.

• You can marinate any part of the chicken. Be it wings, hips or breast. It is better to cut the whole chicken into portion pieces for their better impregnation. In addition, the time for pickling small pieces of meat is much less.

Ingredients:
