Ingredients

1. Thoroughly rinse the chicken fillet under a tap, drain, cut into pieces and grind the meat in a meat grinder.

3. Peel the onion and chop it very finely.

4. Put the minced chicken in a large bowl, add soaked or slightly wrung out bread and chopped onion to it. Season with spices and mix thoroughly with your hands in a homogeneous mass.

5. Form round cutlets from the resulting mass. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place cutlets on it. Send the baking sheet with cutlets into the oven for 35 minutes, preheating it to 180 C. Ingredients

two tomatoes;

Cooking method

1. Put the minced meat in a suitable dish, beat the egg into it, season with pepper, a mixture of spices and herbs and salt. Knead the minced meat thoroughly, beating it slightly, until smooth.

2. Make round, rather large meatballs from minced meat and breaded them in flour. Fry each cutlet in a well-heated oil until golden brown.

3. Grease a deep heat-resistant form with a piece of butter. Put cutlets in it. Wash the tomatoes, wipe and cut into plates. Put one plate of tomato on each cutlet.

1. Stuffing turkey put in a blender bowl. We drive eggs into it. We clean the onion, cut into four parts and add to the stuffing. We also clean the garlic cloves and add to the bowl.

Ingredients

a pound of chicken breast;

30 ml of vegetable oil;

200 g of white bread;
