But, as a rule, in our time it is not always possible to find out what the factory manufacturer hid under the colorful wrapper in the candy, but children do not want to give desserts mixed with various chemical additives.

To know exactly what is hidden inside each candy - prepare them yourself in your kitchen, thanks to the recipe described on our website! In addition to the delicious and appetizing look, this action will cost you more economically - let's start!

To get two servings of delicious toffee you will need:

- 250 g sour cream of any fat content;

- 150 g of granulated sugar;

- 40 g butter.

Despite this minimal composition of products for cooking, time to create a recipe takes much longer. However, before you start it - lubricate the silicone molds with creamy or odorless vegetable oil, since then you will have to constantly mix the candy mass and there will be no time for lubrication. You can cover the baking tray with cling film or paper moistened with water - the mass will stick to them as well.

So, pour the sour cream into a container with a non-stick bottom. In order not to be so insulting for a failed experience, get high-quality sour cream, as its powder equivalent instantly collapses when heated!

Pour the sugar - smetanny mass immediately becomes liquid. At this stage of cooking it is necessary to reduce the heat and let the mixture thicken about two times - this will happen in 5-7 minutes. As soon as you see that the mass has decreased in size - immediately begin to mix it with a spatula, otherwise it can burn. You will have to interfere for a long time - about 10-15 minutes, but the result is worth it!

After about 10 minutes, the entire candy mass will begin to darken slightly, acquiring a golden color. At this moment it is necessary to add butter. Just do not forget that the oil should be of high quality - the whole mass can curl up at the last stage of cooking and it will be very disappointing to spend so much time because of a poor-quality product! Add the butter and mix the whole mixture well.

It becomes stingy and begins to stick to the shoulder blade, which means it’s time to distribute it into greased molds.

Act very quickly, as the candy mass thickens right before your eyes! Put candy molds in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, and then carefully remove the candy from them as they cool.

The dessert is ready - it can be cut into smaller pieces, but you can eat it too! Enjoy your meal with a cup of freshly brewed tea or coffee!

And now let's calculate how much such a dessert will cost you if you decide to cook it at home:

- 250 g sour cream - 20 rubles;

- 150 g of granulated sugar - 6 rubles;

- 40 g of butter - 6 rubles.

Total: 32 rubles make up the cost of 250-300 grams of homemade toffee.
