In our country in apples definitely no shortage! In each garden and in each household, several apple trees of different varieties are simply obliged to be planted, because it is always nice to eat your homemade apples without chemicals and nitrates.

The only problem is that it is not always possible to force children to try this domestic fruit for lunch or dessert. But do not worry, only 20 minutes of cooking and apple cream dessert will be ready, and in a form in which no one small sweet tooth can refuse it!

In addition, the products themselves will cost you a penny - the minimum cost, and many of them will be on the tables, especially those who live in private homes. So let's get started!

For two servings of delicious mousse you will need:

- 2-3 large apples of any kind;

- 100 g of granulated sugar;

- 1 chicken egg (only protein);

- 100 ml of water;

- pinch of vanilla;

- a pinch of salt.

If you use large apples in cooking, then approximately count the number of servings depending on the number of apples, for example: 1 apple per 1 serving. If the apples are not too large, then in addition to the two servings, add another small apple. The variety of apples is not so important, the only thing - when purchasing sour varieties, increase the weight of sugar and vice versa.

Peel the apples from the peel with a peeler or a regular knife - we will not need it, especially if the apples were purchased in the store. There, their surface is waxed so that the fruit lasts longer.

Then cut the apples into quarters and cut out all the seed boxes. Wash the quarters in water and cut into small cubes.

Place apple cubes in a saucepan or stew-pan, add 50 g of granulated sugar, a pinch of vanilla and pour in water. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until the fruit is soft.

During the heat treatment of apples, take protein cream - separate the egg white from the yolk into a container with high edges.

Pour salt into it and whisk with a mixer at the highest speed until triple increase.

Then add the remaining 50 grams of granulated sugar and whip the cream to a dense, airy state.

During this time, the apples are completely extinguished and softened - pour them together with the liquid into a deep container and puree with a blender until a homogeneous structure.

This procedure can be done in a food processor. Ideally, you should get a sweet apple puree.

Be sure to cool the mashed potatoes in a refrigerator or in a bowl of cold water, place a bowl of mashed potatoes in it, and then add the whipped protein cream in it and again beat the mixer until smooth. Your dessert cream is ready!

Put it in glasses, cups or ice-cream bowls and decorate to your taste. Enjoy your meal!

Convinced of the simplicity of preparation and products, let's consider the price part of the recipe, especially since there is nothing special to consider there!

And in the season of ripening apples, the cost per 1 kg decreases several times, so this dessert costs almost nothing compared to restaurant prices!

By the way, if after cooking apple mousse freeze in the freezer, stirring slightly every 15-20 minutes, you will end up with a delicious apple sherbet. But if you just cool in the fridge, then this apple cream can be used as a filling for pies, cakes and various desserts!
