The most likely reason for the suicide of the actor Robin Williams, according to his family, are hallucinations associated with dementia and his developing Parkinson's disease.

Such a deviation was revealed only in the 90s of the last century. It is characterized by the presence of protein deposits in the brain, deviant behavior and impaired thought processes. Very often, this deviation is accompanied by parkinsonism. It was found that at the time of death the actor suffered from dementia for about three years. People with a form of dementia similar to the one that Williams had, respond differently to prescribed drugs for Parkenson's disease (side effects are observed in about 50% of cases).

In particular, hallucinations often appear, patients talk to imaginary interlocutors. A post-mortem analysis showed that the body of the actor had a combination of two types of antidepressants and caffeine compounds. This, according to members of the Williams family, was the reason why the actor decided to commit suicide at the age of 63. Doctors agree with this. Now the question arose on the agenda: did the actor's doctor know about dementia, prescribing drugs for depression, paranoia and insomnia?
