A cake without baking is what you need for those who like a tasty meal, but don’t really like bothering with pastries. Very simple to prepare, but incredibly tasty cake made from gingerbread and boiled condensed milk, you can even put it on the festive table. The main thing is not to say what it is made of, but after praise you can share the recipe.

It may seem that the cake is very simple and there is no place for imagination and variety of taste. But no. After all, there is such a variety of gingerbread. It can be chocolate gingerbread, mint or stuffed. You can also add nuts to the cake, as we did, you can add poppy seeds, candied fruits, bananas and even kiwi. So there is enough for imagination and space. Let's find out how to cook this homemade miracle cake without baking.

Ingredients:

Gingerbread cookies - 300 g;

Boiled condensed milk 100 g;

Sour cream 15% - 100 g;

Walnuts - 1/2 cup.

Recipe:

Let's start by breaking our gingerbread cookies. You can cut into circles, but when not broken in different sizes - it’s even more interesting. We can say that we are preparing a pincher.

Fry nuts in a dry pan or dry in the oven. But since we are preparing a cake without an oven, it is most convenient to dry them in a pan, or, in extreme cases, in the microwave.

Peel the nuts from the skin and chop not very finely.

Mix in a separate bowl sour cream and boiled condensed milk. No need to add sugar. If the sour cream is not greasy and you doubt that it will harden and not leak, add 1 teaspoon of gelatin to the sour cream (it must first be soaked in water and then dissolved, heated in a water bath).

Mix condensed milk and sour cream in a homogeneous mass. It is best to use a plug so as not to dirty the mixer for such a trifling matter.

Now fill our gingerbread with nuts with a sour cream mixture and mix.

Cover the cake bowl with cling film and lay out the mass. Send the cake in the refrigerator at least half an hour so that it is saturated with cream.

You can serve everything by covering the bowl with a bowl and turning it over. We carefully remove the film and voila, a beautiful cake on a plate. Garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate topping. All you can drink tea.
