The number of fans of healthy eating is growing every day. More and more housewives refuse fried and fatty dishes. Therefore, it is not surprising that chicken meat is gaining more and more popularity, because dishes are prepared from it for children during the period of medical nutrition.

For a couple you can cook cutlets without a drop of oil. At the same time, all useful substances are preserved.

This method of cooking is also convenient because at the same time with the cutlets you can cook a side dish.

For cutlets, you can use minced meat, or cook it yourself from chicken fillet. To make the cutlets nutritious, they add a loaf soaked in milk.

The chicken fillet is washed, dried and cut into small pieces. Then the meat is ground into minced meat along with onions and a soaked roll in a blender.

Stuffed chicken with eggs, spices and salt. Formed cutlets and spread on the fixture for steaming.

Ingredients

  • spice;

  • 150 g of cheese;

  • table salt;

  • 700 g chicken fillet;

  • milk - 100 ml;

  • egg;

  • two slices of white loaf and bread.

Cooking method

1. Pour the slices of the loaf with milk and leave it for ten minutes. Rinse the chicken breast, soak and cut into pieces. Peel the onions and chop coarsely. Squeeze the long loaf and pass it through a meat grinder with onions and chicken fillet.

2. Add spices and salt to the resulting mass. Knead the minced meat with your hands, and divide it in half.

3. Finely grate half the cheese, and cut the second half into small cubes. Add grated cheese to one half of the minced meat and mix. Form small cutlets from this mass and transfer to the fixture for steaming.

4. Pour about half a liter of boiling water into the appliance bowl, place the grill with cutlets on top. Close the lid tightly and activate the steam function for 20 minutes. Transfer the prepared cutlets to the dish.

  • lemon - a quarter;

  • 400 g chicken breast;

  • breadcrumbs - 80 g;

Cooking method

1. Peel the chicken breast from skin and films, rinse it, and dampen with a towel. Grind chopped breast into minced meat.

2. Peel the onion head from the husk. Rinse the parsley. Place the lemon with the skin, parsley and onions in the blender's container. Blend the products to a puree condition and add it to the minced meat.

3. Knead the cutlet mass with your hands. Make round cutlets out of the minced meat and put them on the steaming device.

1. Free the chicken breast from bone and skin. We rinse under the tap and dry. We chop meat as small as possible with a sharp knife.

2. Break the bread into slices, fill it with milk and leave it so that it is properly softened. Then squeeze it and spread it to the chopped chicken.

3. Peeled my onion and crumble as finely as possible. Add the onion to the chicken and bread. Mix thoroughly by adding eggs, spices and salt.

4. Pour hot water into the multicooker pan. On top we place the device for cooking on steam.

  • If your multicooker does not have the "Steam cooking" function, you can use the "Baking" or "Cooking" modes.

  • Before forming the patties, slightly moisten your hands with water.

  • Keep the minced meat in the refrigerator for at least ten minutes. After that it will be easier to mold cutlets from it.

  • Add the breadcrumbs to the minced meat if it is too thin.

  • Too thick stuffing can be diluted with milk.
