Every housewife knows how sometimes it is difficult to cook beef so that the meat is really tender, and at the same time retains the maximum benefit. Previously, when cooked in Russian ovens, this was not a problem, because it is possible to cook meat in the mode of slow languishing. With the advent of the multicooker, this has become possible today.

The best way to cook beef in a slow cooker is to bake or stew it. A piece of beef tenderloin is washed and cut off all the excess. Then the piece is wiped with napkins and cut across the fibers. Pieces of meat can be beaten slightly to make it soft.

To make the meat fragrant, it is pre-marinated. Marinade can be prepared on the basis of fruit vinegar, pomegranate juice, kiwi, lemon juice or pineapple.

For beef baking, marinades based on vegetable oil are used, in which fragrant herbs or mustard are added.

2. Peel and finely chop the onion. Turn on the Baking program. Pour in oil and warm it well. Put chopped onion and fry, stirring with a wooden spatula, for about seven minutes.

3. Wash beef, soak in napkins and cut into cubes. Add the meat to the onion and continue to fry until the meat is lightly browned. Season with spices and salt.

4. Peel the potato and cut into small cubes. Cut green beans into three parts. Scald tomatoes with boiling water and remove a thin skin. Finely chop the flesh.

  • a kilogram of beef tenderloin;

1. Wash and dry the beef pulp. Soak the bread in milk. We clean the onion and cut it into four parts. Twice the beef with onions and white bread through a meat grinder.

2. In the minced meat we drive in the eggs, add pepper and salt and beat out the minced meat, with an effort throwing it into a bowl. It should be a plastic, homogeneous stuffing.

Ingredients

  • 750 g of beef pulp;

  • 350 g of champignons;

  • 500 g of potatoes;

  • spices for meat;

  • carrot;

  • salt;

  • half a stem of celery;

  • parsley - a bunch;

  • three cloves of garlic;

  • bulb;

  • 150 ml of red wine;

  • half a liter of purified water.

Cooking method

1. Wash the beef pulp and cut into slices.

2. Pour oil into the multicooker pan. Activate the "Frying" mode. Lay out the pieces of beef and sauté for seven minutes.

3. Dilute the wine with water, mix and pour the meat with this mixture so that the liquid completely covers the meat. Turn on the "Extinguishing" mode and cook for 20 minutes.

2. We clean the onion and chop the cubes. We turn on the “Baking” or “Frying” program and heat the oil. We spread the chopped onion and fry it until transparent.

3. Add the minced meat to the onion and continue to fry, stirring constantly, almost until ready. We spread the fried minced meat on a plate.

4. Combine rice with eggs and sour cream, pepper and salt. Mix. We spread half the rice mass in the multicooker bowl, spread the minced meat on top of the rice, level it, sprinkle with finely chopped greens and cover with the remaining rice.

5. Lay out pieces of butter on top, close the lid and turn on the Baking program for forty minutes. Cool the casserole lightly without removing it from the bowl. Then we shift the finished casserole to a flat dish and sprinkle with herbs.

Recipe 6. How to cook beef in a slow cooker. Boiled pork

Ingredients

  • beef neck - kilogram;

  • salt - at the rate of 50 g per liter of water;

  • garlic - five cloves;

  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;

  • mustard seeds, ground turmeric, ground paprika and ground black pepper - two pinches each;

  • hot red pepper - a pinch.

Cooking method

1. Take the required amount of boiled water and dissolve the salt in it. A piece of beef neck wash and wipe with a napkin. We put the meat in a deep bowl and pour the resulting brine so that it completely covers the beef. Leave the meat in the refrigerator for two days.

2. Then remove the beef from the brine and dry it. Add spices and crushed garlic to the vegetable oil. Grind well. The resulting mixture rub a piece of beef on all sides. We put the meat in a plastic bag and send it to the refrigerator for five hours.

  • flour - 50 g;

  • garlic - two cloves;

  • large onion.

1. Cut the bacon into thin slices. Turn the slow cooker into the “Baking” mode and fry the bacon until the fat is melted.

2. Peel the garlic cloves and large onion. Crumble as small as possible. Add onion, garlic to the bacon and fry, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Pour flour and mix vigorously so that there are no lumps.

3. Pour the wine with a thin stream, while constantly stirring, so that a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

4. Cut the beef into slices. Fry meat in a hot dry frying pan until golden brown on all sides.
